Some time ago, finished installing Windows Vista Ultimate smoothly without any problems, install the Intel 945GC chipset drivers, VGA driver (nVidia GeForce 7300GS PCI-E) all running smoothly.

But why VGA is active VGASAVE GEF nVidia 7300GS instead ..??
In the device manager see an exclamation point that the nVidia GeForce 7300GS and there is not yet active code 12 (This device can not find enough free resources that it can use (Code 12)). After check in system information there are many, and IRQ Conflicts Memory Address, including Intel's PCI bus with PCI Express Bridge 945 ... and much more.
If you are having trouble with the things above, these tips may be helpful;

click start - run

type cmd - enter

type the following command without the quotes: "bcdedit / set configaccesspolicy disallowmmconfig" - press enter

if there is confirmation of "The operation completed successfully" then you succeed.
Please Restart your PC and see the results.

other GPU (Graphic Processing Unit) device like Geforce Series, ATI HD series, or SIS may experience same problem and you can use these trick.
