The film is about a 18-year-old boy named Sangoku. The adventure begins when the teacher predictions proved correct, the coming of the evil creature named picolo.

Picolo who had imprisoned in a solid with a strong spell had made it out and look for Dragon Ball to raise and influence Oozaru, the monster that changed when the blood moon. To get overall of Dragonball Picolo destroy the places where the Dragonball is and massacred its inhabitants, including grandfather Sangoku Gohan. Finally Sangoku meet Bulma and then Yamca together find Dragonball to save the world.

At the end of the story, which appeared Oozaru none other than his own Sangoku that turned into a monster. Sangoku can not control his mind and kill his own teacher ...
